Somatic practitioner Nastia Artamonova nearly drowned at two years old — and spent the next thirty years learning how to trust her own body again.

In this episode of Made for This, astrologer Laurel Kassor pairs Nastia's story with a live birth chart reading, tracing an exact Chiron-Moon conjunction in Leo through a lifetime of fascia work, nervous system healing, and reclaiming safety in the body.

Nastia is a somatic practitioner, body educator, and public speaker who calls herself a body alchemist, someone who survived decades of combat training in her own body and turned it to gold.

Laurel reads Nastia's exact Chiron-Moon conjunction in Leo against her natal Ceres-Sun-Mercury stellium in Pisces, showing how an infancy spent being filmed rather than held became a lifelong pattern of needing to be witnessed to feel safe — and how her Saturn return finally forced her to trust her own body instead of outsourcing that job to everyone else.

If you've ever needed someone else's permission to trust your own body, this episode is made for you.

What you'll walk away with:

* Why physical symptoms are often the body's way of surfacing unprocessed emotion, and how to work backward from symptom to root cause

* How a single early-childhood event can quietly shape decades of self-trust, and how to spot that pattern in your own life

* What it actually means to trust your body again, beyond the wellness cliché, and how fascia hydration factors into nervous system safety

Chart tease: Nastia's exact Chiron-Moon conjunction in Leo shows up right at birth, tied to a lifelong pattern of needing to be seen to feel safe — and her Saturn return finally forced her to build that safety from within instead of outsourcing it to everyone else.

Laurel Kassor (00:11)

Welcome to Orbit Seekers. This is episode eight of Made for This with Laurel Kassor the podcast where soul-led practitioners, educators, and creatives come together to connect the constellations of how astrology turns from abstract insight to real world impact when you follow your soul's arc.

I'm Laurel Kassor your astro oracle host and the founder of Soul ARC Astrology. And today I am lucky enough to host the body alchemist Nastia Artamonova

Nastia is a somatic practitioner, body educator, public speaker, and in her own words, a woman who survived 30 years of combat training in her own body and turned that shit to gold.

Nastia teaches people how to thrive and trust in the boundless power of that body and psyche connection. Her path to this work wind through a near-death experience at age two, an international career, and a life overhaul that would make most people's heads spin. And somehow her birth chart called the whole thing.

Nastialavista (01:08)

Thank you for having me here. It's an honor.

Laurel Kassor (01:11)

The honor is all mine. tell us a little bit more about this work that you do around the body and how you help serve your people?

Nastialavista (01:20)

Well, I'm usually calling myself somatic practitioner because it's an umbrella term that it's easier to understand. It's a kind of a buzzword right now and I'm happy for that. As fascia is a buzzword, but we will probably get to that. I'm here to push the propaganda of the mind-body connection and

Laurel Kassor (01:34)

We will.

Nastialavista (01:40)

Not no, not the connection, unity. It's one thing. You can work with your psyche therefore you are affecting your body. You can work on your body and that will affect your psyche for sure. And it's just the entry points. For different people it's different entry points, different somatic practice

it's something that revealed itself to me one day.

way after I actually started doing this this I understand what I'm doing what I'm doing only like some years later it's funny

Laurel Kassor (02:15)

Mm.

Nastialavista (02:16)

But they usually have help people to reconnect with them, with their physical vessel, because unfortunately many of us are disconnected. Me in previous I was totally dissociated from the body. It was more easy for me as a Pisces living in somewhere astral rather than in my own body. And my body well took took charge.

Laurel Kassor (02:33)

Mm-hmm.

she keeps the score,

Nastialavista (02:44)

Exactly, yeah, she did and also same happens for for whole bunch of people, even if they are totally focused on their physical hard gym crossfit bodies or they are a materialistic person, they are quite grounded in the 3D, they are still disconnected from the body and

also the spiritual folks they are disconnected from the other side but still we are all somewhere else but here and one day I heard someone telling like if you show without saying any word if you can show with one gesture what you're doing what's your mission what's your philosophy what you're doing here on earth what that gesture would be

and mine instinctively was and I was like what does it mean and then I was like analyzing it a little bit

Laurel Kassor (03:38)

Those listening Nastia

Nastialavista (03:43)

Exactly. And I was like, what what does it mean? Like whatever I do, be it public speaking, teaching, mm, taking care of someone, just being a friend or a listener or just person stranger on the streets

What what's what I'm doing, this s this sign, this mo motion from outside to the inside, to my center,

For me it was the gesture of coming back to the body, coming back to the center, coming back to the like the nuclear part of you. And then from that point, my job is done and you l go live your life.

But I did my job into showing you that it's possible to be inside yourself. Maybe for a short session, maybe for a short cup of coffee we had together. But I I hope at least this is my intuitive understanding. I give you the sensation of being there or coming back to yourself if you have ever left.

Laurel Kassor (04:34)

Mm-hmm.

Mm.

Nastialavista (04:46)

And if not, just showing you and reflecting you that you are already there and you're already somewhere here and there is no place to go or other than inside

Laurel Kassor (04:55)

my gosh.

I love so many of your philosophies. There's a lot that came up for me personally as you were speaking I know I am very heady. I live a lot in my crown chakra.

And it's a challenge for me to regulate my body. it's part of my neurodivergent conditions as well, there's a distance, a gap almost between me understanding the signals of my body and what that means for what

I psychologically need in the moment. So I I think it's something that I know I personally could certainly benefit from the sort of work that you do. And I think a lot of us in the spiritual spaces and a lot of us seekers can also benefit from remembering that like, yes, we do a lot of work beyond the physical, but the physical is just as spiritual a place to be

as the ethers or as that spiritual source energy. and I also just already you're speaking to your chart as people are want to do,

I would love to pull up your chart and just kind of get into it with you. I'm really interested to hear what happened that made you this keenly aware of your relationship with your body and kind of what growing up for you was like,

I know that you're a Vedic astrologer, that that's part of your practice. So being here in my western tropical room right now is number one, very kind of you. And number two,

I'll be really interested to just see how I view or interpret things land for you, you know.

Nastialavista (06:34)

Yeah, I trust yourself. I ooh wow Freudian sleep. Nice.

Laurel Kassor (06:38)

I

That was good. That was a good Freudian slip. Damn.

Nastialavista (06:42)

Good for you Anastasia. I trust you in that. Obviously trust myself as I already

Laurel Kassor (06:50)

Love that

Trust yourself. Trust yourself. It's already channeling through. So I have your chart pulled up here, and I do like to let everyone know that Nastia is a Pisces son, a Leo moon.

Nastialavista (06:50)

Majestic. Majestic.

Laurel Kassor (07:03)

An Leo rising in our system. And it shows, look at her, look at that mane, look at that glow, look at that cheetah print. She's a big cat.

Nastialavista (07:11)

Yeah.

Laurel Kassor (07:12)

So

Now that we have your big three in the back of our heads I do like to use a technique it helps us understand where there are formative plot points in your life, where there have been big events that kind of set a template.

And so to me, it's kind of like, these are where we have our first classes that set us up for this big old learning lesson that we are living through our entire lives here. And where that falls in the birth chart can help us understand

where in the chronological life someone may have had that a formative experience. So for you, I s notice right out of the gate within the first year, there is something

notable going on. we already mentioned that you had a near-death experience at age two. I think that this is probably very much related to that.

so this first formative event looks like it happened pretty early in life. I'm just gonna lay out the themes, and then you tell us if there's anything that aligns with that. So this would be when you would have met two planets at once, like front and center.

there is an exact Chiron Moon conjunction in Leo happening and they were together when you met them. whenever anything happens to one, it is happening to the other because they are truly enmeshed forces here.

whenever this event occurred, it not only gave you a full blast of what the hell these two are here to teach you about, but also any other planet they touch through aspect also got ignited and was like, Whoa, that happened over there. What does that mean for us?

Slowly over time your whole chart gets lit up and folded into itself. And so the themes of this event would be something around visibility. This is a Leo. So there's something around visibility. This could be something around father as well. when you think back to like an infant's level of awareness, it's usually like parents, parents' stuff especially when Leo or cancer is involved.

the last piece there is Chiron.

It's a fix it planet. It's a do-it-right planet. it's a do-it-again planet. A lot of people think and interpret Chiron as a wounded healer. I don't look at it that way at all. I think that it is a problem solving planet.

it is introducing us to a problem we will be solving our entire life that we will do again and again and again and again. It is a I like to think of it as like a piano teacher where it's like, good job, you did great, you did great. Now do it again. Now do it again. Now do it again. That's how you get perfect. It's how you turn a talent, Leo, into a craft.

Virgo, and I think that Chiron rules Virgo. So there's something in this energy about solving problems of care and nurture and safety, but it also has to do with survival and visibility or validation,

But was there anything in the early life that stands out to you?

Nastialavista (10:13)

Well, if we are talking before the year two of my existence when I experienced the near death experience,

Laurel Kassor (10:22)

I ha

my theory is that that is actually a spin-off of this pattern here.

Nastialavista (10:29)

Yeah Well well disclaimer about my whole childhood I don't remember it just this one fact should tell you a lot of things at least one that

is our psyche's survival mechanism to hide your memories. They are there. And I'm sure if I decide to to do a hypnosis session around that, they will probably show up. they are there, in the tissue. But I don't remember of course my first year.

Laurel Kassor (10:45)

Totally.

Mm.

Nastialavista (10:58)

I have just the frames of my existence and most of them are just the out-of-body pictures. So I see myself from inside. So I had dissociated myself prior before the nearest experience I guess. But I also

Laurel Kassor (11:03)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (11:16)

read somewhere, Many people actually experienced their childhood through the lens of the third person, not from the like main character. But I guess it could be linked still to the drama C P T S D the early age of your existence.

Laurel Kassor (11:23)

Mm-hmm.

Yeah.

Nastialavista (11:32)

I love deflecting. This this is something that I do

Laurel Kassor (11:35)

don't we

just especially moon in the first house person, I gotta protect myself. We're protecting ourselves. I know, girl.

Nastialavista (11:43)

We'll be running circles but not going into the center.

Whew, so the main info I have about me, myself and my early experience is from my mother telling me stories about myself and others.

Laurel Kassor (11:55)

Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (11:57)

the first year especially we hadn't had a fixed location. Well me personally I never had a fixed home. I always moved home s during my life still moving.

Laurel Kassor (12:04)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (12:08)

This is something that I would like to discuss with you because it's it's Pluto I don't know. But we will get to that. Yeah. we hadn't have a fixed location so we w we were from the hospital.

Laurel Kassor (12:13)

I'm looking at him right now, yes. Yeah.

Nastialavista (12:22)

they brought me to my grandparents' house and then they moved us as a family unit to the other grandparents and then it was like back and forth until we landed in our forever home but it it was short lived

I don't know why exactly because the first two years they are just like a fairy tale, golden dust narrative of my my whole arc we were quite good, we were quite wealthy as a family, my father was a businessman back then, he had a thriving business, he was traveling a lot, like Hong Kong

Italy, England, whatever. They had a cute cute cute boutique of clothes, it was super nice. my mother was like, ooh, I married well, I have my little baby Anastasia, life is good,

Laurel Kassor (13:11)

Mm.

Mm.

Nastialavista (13:16)

But for some reason I picked a role of family family's container emotional container because I guess I sensed it

my skin that some emotions are not processed i in the single unit of this family. So this is will be my role. So nice for a person of that small age. But well this is just my interpretation.

Laurel Kassor (13:38)

Mm-hmm.

I can see how that could be something that you kind of osmosis even at an early age, because that Leo energy, you know, Leo is showy. Leo Leo is like, look at me, watch me flaunt it, like, are you noticing the attention? So if you were even at such an infant's mind level,

You're still picking up energy. Like you're still picking up whether you're being paid attention to or not. And likely in what ways or when you're being paid attention to. what's coming through to me as you s as you describe that is this awareness that

Sometimes we get attention and sometimes we don't as much. And it might depend on who's watching. Because again, Leo is this sign around validation and around being applauded and receiving feedback, right? I think that there's possibly something in that energy as well. But also your Chiron, so Chiron to me.

Is a planet that has so much to do with processing. it is a processing planet. Its function is to refine And it is to make something better. Finger quotes, finger quotes, finger quotes. And with the Leo energy and the moon mixing in with all of that, there's something about acceptance. Like we have to

appear good and valid enough to be presentable. a lot of Chiron Leo folk and you have your moon mixed right in too, so it's like gonna be tur the dial turned up a little bit for you. They're solving problems that have to do with visibility and being seen and ha and they have to do with

making decision making, like how do I make the right finger quotes decision? How do I do this navigating life thing in the right way, in a way that's functional and practical, that makes me capable? And there's that Leo energy coming in, being like, mm, I'm sensing that this emotional container of mommy needs me to be a little stronger.

needs me to put on a good show. there's something about that performance energy that's integrated into this a little bit where Chiron is would say from a infant mind. Realizing like, huh, I gotta hmm, there's something here about putting on the show.

Nastialavista (15:56)

Yeah about that. I was filmed since the beginning of my existence. And I guess

Laurel Kassor (16:01)

Mm.

Nastialavista (16:02)

the big chunk of time of connecting with my mother because she was mainly filming me and my father was mainly traveling so I haven't seen him much.

Laurel Kassor (16:11)

Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (16:14)

My mother w was connecting to me, through camera. So it wasn't like the direct play. Of course I I I guess she played with me as I know this everyone does. I s have no memory of that, but I have a lot of footage of myself doing stuff alone with my I don't know

Laurel Kassor (16:19)

Okay.

Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (16:33)

objects like a little knife I'm doing like this sand cookies stuff like that but me almost performing of course I wasn't performing like I was living my life doing cookies taking care of kittens we had a lot of kittens when I was was a child

Laurel Kassor (16:42)

Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (16:52)

But yeah, she was mainly behind the camera. The camera was huge a big high

touchy Yeah, we chess one. And the connection was through a lens and I think it's very Leo of

Laurel Kassor (16:57)

Yeah, like one of those big old ones from the nineties, right?

Where's the lead?

One, it sets a very early template that for attention and care, and care. They're both mixed together. We have to be constantly, chronically figuring out how we

spice it up a little bit in the world. How we put on a show just by living your life. as you said, I was just living my life, but I was also being filmed. I used to have a old podcast several years ago

And one of my favorite episodes that we did was on Jeanette McCurdy, She was the friend from iCarly. She wrote a book, I'm glad my mom's dead. It was a big controversy. Anyway, her chart, she was Leo Rising, And she had Chiron on her ascendant too. And I didn't practice my form of astrology back then.

But I remember seeing that there and I was like, huh. Now as I think back, I'm like, this constant performing thing, this child star. It gives a little bit of child star having to figure out like am I helpful? How am I useful? I'm a performer. I need to like show up and be seen. I'm I'm here too.

be this like headliner, I guess, this makes a lot of sense from how you just described that relationship with your mother. Now, like I said earlier, these early experiences do not happen in isolation. They start to activate every other piece of the pie, that they touch. so your moon

Chiron conjunction touches many pieces of your chart, actually. it is right in between the north and the south node, which tells us that your process for validating your emotions is critical in the movement towards what you're here to learn about

I call the South Node the byproduct. just by the nature of you existing, you're gonna produce something as part of your processes, and that's kind of what the South Node is. It's this thing we kind of can't help but ooze this Chiron Moon conjunction is a key feature in moving towards and moving away from the various lessons, but also it is.

In a lovely supportive connection to your Venus. It is in a crunchy connection to your Neptune and your Uranus, But what I really want to mention right away is the way that this energy.

The moon, Chiron, and Leo in the first house is making a quincunx aspect to your Mercury, Sun, Ceres conjunction in Pisces.

one of the big features of soul arc astrology is that I use what I call the pillar system.

Where instead of it being like a 13,000 different individual pieces to a birth chart that you have to memorize every single one of them, like tiny biddies, we can see that there is through lines between certain variables. the way that we do it in this house we have this thing called a pillar, and that's like the source energy.

It is an entire quantum field of possibility, but it is all oriented around a central theme, central thematics of consciousness.

what's going on here is that this moon, Chiron, conjunction of Leo that we just unpacked a little bit of is

making the quincunx to Mercury, Sun, and Ceres

there's a lot of moving parts to this particular energy. But

it has that undertone of figuring out wait, what the hell does validation look like? Because these things are making that aspect to your Sun So we have this doubling up of the theme It gets louder.

It also is connected to Mercury, which is also a retrograde planet too. So all the while it's like we gotta create a safe container to perform these emotions.

if we're gonna navigate this world, there's a tension but that means that something about me or the way I think or the way that I process information needs to be adjusted or refined or fixed because aren't I supposed to in finger quotes be this thing that my mom wants me to be or be this thing my dad wants me to be this energy is indicating that there was very

early a need to start figuring out how to make decisions. it is trying to communicate the depths of what we feel when we're always in like a petri dish almost

And a huge factor I want to bring into this, is Ceres She is exactly conjunct your sun. Your moon is exactly conjunct Chiron.

And Ceres is exactly conjuncture sun. Ceres rules Taurus in my system of astrology. Therefore, Ceres rules over all functions of the physical body, baby.

sustainability and density and anchoring and and self-soothing. And it's on your sun, which means your very identity would be wrapped up in themes around becoming grounded.

And resourced and stabilized. And at the same time, this is in a connection to your moon Chiron. So it's constantly tweaking and figuring and alchemizing and transforming how we process our emotions as we move through the world using our body as a compass. you see how this is connected to the work you do already?

Nastialavista (22:30)

He

sounds very somatic to me.

Laurel Kassor (22:32)

It's extraordinarily

somatic. I look at both Chiron and Ceres.

As you know, earth planets, So there is a density quality to both of them. They're both about like making things real and practical and functional and efficient and lasting and sustainable. And they're both critically

Tied in to your most sensitive placements, your sun and your moon, then on top of that, they're in direct conversation with each other, being like, how are we gonna show what it is to become anchored into your own body through emotional transformation?

Nastialavista (23:12)

Interesting to the least.

It's a literal translation.

Laurel Kassor (23:18)

It's very literal.

I would love for you to tell us a little bit about your near-death experience because I fully believe that this aspect is also playing a hand in that experience.

Nastialavista (23:29)

Well, as I mentioned, it happened around two years old,

This near death experience for me was a memory like a frame. like a piece of film in my mind. The first frame is just little me wearing a nice ivory dress something very like light colored.

It's summer and I'm holding my little I don't know the name of the object. What do you use to to pour water on flowers? The yeah, little watering can in the form of an elephant. It was green elephant. Very cute s

Laurel Kassor (24:01)

A watering can. Mm-hmm.

cute. Very cute.

Nastialavista (24:09)

And I was walking nah, little me, But I was like alone again walking there is a small pond

quite deep for a two years old but it's it's for an adult it's just very like barely one meter it's mostly decorative and it's mostly like for cold plunging my father was doing in the winter.

Laurel Kassor (24:23)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (24:35)

So again, I see myself from outside alone walking with this small it's a short like two seconds of memory, walking with this elephant in my hand, another frame, cut, black out another frame. I see myself from outside under the water from up up from like three meters up over the the pond.

me inside the water trying to climb the walls of the pond and trying to get the oxygen outside the pond. That's it. I don't remember anything else.

and I haven't had big consequences on my psycho body or at least I thought I haven't.

But I discovered the continuation of this story maybe two years ago, Before that I was like, there was a lot of guilt around it

I can't actually imagine how this experience for a mother or a father to almost losing your child drama tragedy but my parents were fifty meters somewhere so they haven't heard me, seen me, supervised me, I was alone with my elephant. And

My father came to the rescue and pulled me out of the water because he heard my screaming. He was outside painting the house. my mother was painting the house on the other side of the house. she was like up there like you know, connected to the roof.

so

yeah he comes to the rescue then I slept for twenty four hours like a lot

Laurel Kassor (26:13)

body was in shock. I mean

your body had to be in shock after that. No doubt.

Nastialavista (26:18)

And I'm not even

making it so dramatic, I'm just stating facts. I I can as a Leo, you know when I was two years old, like little me, two years old, wearing a white dress with a small elephant in my head. Difficult for me.

Laurel Kassor (26:24)

Ha ha ha.

one of the super interesting things about this story and as you laid out a few of the the details and why I I burst out just now being like, my God, that's so connected is because of this

energy let's work under the assumption that what we were talking about earlier with chiron

Up in the first house and being watched all the time, being witnessed all the time, being cared for all the time. That this is yes, you see exactly what I'm saying. Yes, yes, yes. Nastia's eyes just going so big. That she wasn't being watched. The one time she wasn't being watched.

Nastialavista (27:03)

yeah.

Laurel Kassor (27:09)

She almost died, right? And it was her father. Remember when I opened this whole thing up and I was like, I it looks like something with your dad, maybe, but wait, mom's involved too. I don't know, And so there's more connections. Hold on. I know I just blew your mind, but that stellium, that Pisces stellium that you have via Western Zodiac is in the eighth house.

Of death and of alchemy. And it's in Pisces. Of so drowning death is very much there. And I mentioned these connections. I mentioned the

quincunxes and I said you have both variety of quincunxes You have one that is the, we gotta figure this out and make this more functional and work better side. And you have the alchemy side, which carries a death and rebirth undertone to it where the planets connected to each other are having a conversation that says, hey, if you wanna fuck with me, you're gonna have to transform something.

You have let some part of you And that's usually where the friction can come in So the fact that, like the time where no one was watching you, setting up an additional piece of this template and kind of spiraling off of it, remember too, your Ceres, literally the force that anchors you to Earth.

is involved in this too. And so it brings in this whole very physical

very tangible death rebirth experience and process.

you learned really early, we gotta solve something about being seen, processing how we feel, processing how we're cared for, protecting ourselves, again this kind of constant recalibration going on of how do I stay protected while I'm going through really

Deep traumatic experiences and also be presentable, be acceptable, be desirable, be likable, be Leo, Leo, Leo. Right? it's almost like child star energy without the child star experience, where everyone's watching all the time,

The psyche is some ape house shit. It's the waning quincunx as well. So, your interest in how does the mind and the body come together to process these experiences? And how do we, and here you were saying this earlier in your intro, return to the body because you literally were yeeted out of it to protect yourself as a child. the body wasn't safe anymore because you when you were left to your own devices, you almost killed yourself. And even though you didn't mean to.

your baby infant brain might have been like, holy shit, I don't trust myself with myself. Remember earlier when you were like,

Wow, okay. Wow. So yeah, just earlier you were I feel like I need to say it out loud because we just had like this silent kind of like what blah blah Just earlier, Nastia Freudian slipped, it like, I trust myself. wait, no, I mean I trust you. But like here we are excavating this very important

Multi fractal piece of your story that started before you were fucking two.

you forth onto the path of the work that you do.

Nastialavista (30:15)

You saw me sighing, like taking a deep breath Because wow, i it's just wow. I will obviously need to process this whole conversation

Laurel Kassor (30:25)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (30:27)

But right from the bat I was like feeling something at first it was like something scrunching here. And I'm at this moment that we are recording in this arc of two or three weeks I'm doing a lot of heart openings somatic practices. So Leo heart I was in I'm in a season of heart work and if before for me somatically I was more

focused on my root and from solar the intuition was showing me like right like you sh you you are ready to go up. And funny enough during one of these practices the memory of drowning showed up and I was like in literal tears and with the realization so loud in my head was like

Nastia, you really believed that experience didn't affect you? Like you really believed that haven't left anything in your body. And I was like Of course it did. So at the beginning I was like feeling something here, like scrunching, like my fascia tightening. And then like the more you you

you told the more we were talking I would like signing, like like taking exhales and like

So parasympathetically I probably release something as risky. but it's all something.

Laurel Kassor (31:46)

my gosh. Give

me like the biggest virtual hug right now. Ugh, I love that. That's why we do this work. That's why I do this work. Cause there is something really special about being able to reach all the way back in your history and reach back in time and see how

It's like collapsing the timeline close together, you know, where you can see what's going on now and you can see directly how it is tied in to these super early experiences in ways that we cannot possibly consciously comprehend.

You know? there is one more thing about this aspect I wanted to say and Chiron, I don't look at him as a wounded healer, I do look at him as a problem solver, but I also think of it as a medic as well, not a doctor.

But a medic who is there to fix and tweak and make sure you're get up, get on your way, you know? And in that way, I do think of it as a

a mender and it's a adjuster and it's a tweaker. And I know that you know a lot about the systems of the body and the somatic s systems of the body and the physicality of the body itself, which I think is again this combination of like, how the fuck am I gonna figure out how to do all this shit? And then you discover there's some stuff that's happening inside actually automatically. Pulls in that first house quality, pulls in all these conjunctions. Automatic is a

Thing I associate with the first pillar, like Aries stuff and Mars stuff and first house and conjunction stuff. It's like, how do you just make something go of its own volition? And so I think that you learning body systems, and this is this is also on your natal, Mercury in retrograde, knowing that the real world symptoms you were experiencing.

were symbols, because Mercury and Pisces think symbolically. And worked backwards to understand what is it in like let me fix this in reverse. Let me go to the body first, fix that thing, and then that will fix this outer problem I'm having.

Does that make sense?

Nastialavista (33:44)

Yeah, exactly. It's a like the consequence. it's it's easier and more logical to me at least, to look at the root or at least at physical evidence of the crime. And then well actually if you address the root, if you address the the thing, at least like in some shape or form available to you at the moment.

Laurel Kassor (33:55)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (34:04)

many of the consequences, symptoms or things that disturb you in your life, they will go away. And this is something that it wasn't very pleasurable for me at the beginning as a somatic practitioner, but it's something that I noticed, the effect on people that I worked in some

in a period of my life that people don't realize the effect of our work probably sometimes never,

And sometimes I just like for me as a newbie somatic practitioner back then, it was quite interesting to say the least, why I haven't been getting any reviews after the sessions, any feedback when as a Leo I wanted, of course.

Laurel Kassor (34:40)

Mm-hmm.

Yeah, you took the brain thoughts

right out of my head I was just being like, Yep, that moon chiron conjunction wants to know how it did so it can adjust if necessary.

Nastialavista (34:57)

Exactly.

I also like the visibility, the whole shabang around l being Leo, like being I don't know, seen as a practitioner or as someone who offered like anyways.

Laurel Kassor (35:11)

No, being seen as a practitioner

is literally Chiron in Leo. Like Chiron

Nastialavista (35:15)

Yeah.

Laurel Kassor (35:16)

is a practitioner. It is the energy of the practitioner. That's its vi that's what it does. It practitions. It practices. It is the one who practices.

Nastialavista (35:24)

Yeah, and I

Laurel Kassor (35:25)

Yeah.

Nastialavista (35:25)

I prior

to that I switched a lot of careers in my life. was a public speaker, I worked with people, people called me influencer or mm sometimes blogger. I don't know, I was quite present in the public eye, public figure if you want.

always were getting feedback of some sh sometimes I'm unappropriate in inappropriate, sometimes appropriate, sometimes just the shell version of myself. But as a little Leo like years old it was like it was fun. It was okay, okay, like praise me.

Laurel Kassor (35:56)

that's a perfect segue what you just named around like 20-ish, maybe a little bit after 20-ish, is actually another piece of this same aspect, the same one we've been talking about.

Chiron Moon is hitting a bunch of stuff in your chart.

But we're gonna focus on just this one side of it for now.

it's right around tw 20-ish, 21-ish that these events would have popped up as the big formative events.

With Neptune forward facing, with Uranus forward facing, these tend to be pretty confusing times or chaotic times. They can also be very liberating, can feel very freeing, it can also feel like a big spiritual awakening as well. But there does tend to be some blurriness,

so that energy was active it was in your sixth house so this could have had to do with the early practitioner work for sure it likely it could have been health stuff too that maybe popped up around that time

Obviously this also connects to the other part of the stellium too with the sun and Ceres and Mercury because everything's if one of them gets touched, they all kind of light up. So is there anything around nineteen, twenty, twenty-one-ish, where things felt significantly different than they had felt previously?

Nastialavista (37:16)

Well that was the time frame when I moved to Italy. yeah, nineteen years old. S I I like broke up with my family. Not broke up, I haven't even realized I needed separation from my family. So I decided to took the most dramatic

Laurel Kassor (37:21)

Mmm, moving abroad, okay.

Nastialavista (37:37)

choice available and to move across the Europe and living alone abroad without any tangible help without I haven't had nobody in Italy. Nobody was waiting for me there. and

Laurel Kassor (37:48)

Mm.

Nastialavista (37:53)

was quant quite complicated process. I must persist. I did. I took another round of my depression there.

I guess it hit me the loneliness of being there the first time of being a separate person I guess because I never had even a bank account like a person that wasn't much aware of itself I guess in the adult world,

And I inserted myself so my first adult experiences were in different language, in diff in foreign country, without any help.

and I was panicked around groceries so in a lot of things I was facing for the first time for myself

I have a lot of recordings back then and I must say it's absolutely different person from the one you see right now. I was like like a day night.

I have different hairstyle I look different like I look older than I look now

I obviously not a public speaker back then. I'm not thinking about any somatic or psychology even related. I was studying communication design. So my my thoughts mo mainly was around creativity mostly. Like the the Venus stuff. I was painting, I was doing design as much as I could, like I was a photographer,

Laurel Kassor (38:59)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (39:13)

I became a photographer.

Laurel Kassor (39:14)

So here here's a

really quick fun fact for you. all the recording, all the footage, all the photography, painting, everything you just named. Pisces. All of it. All of its pillar 12. Every bit of it, which is really interesting. And because you are, you know, in this system. Pisces Mercury. We're talking about a Neptune period of time.

it's not uncommon at all for people who are interested in filmography or cinematography to have pillar twelve influences. So that's just a fun fact for ya.

Nastialavista (39:48)

Yeah, so practice wise

I wasn't thinking about becoming even psychologist or studying psychology back

Then in 2008, I guess, before picking my degree,

I guess my father's words got into me and something he said back then was but you you must have a practical tool,

Laurel Kassor (40:10)

The idea that that psychology

isn't a practical tool is mind-blowing to me, but okay, go on, go off dad.

Nastialavista (40:15)

No but but we weren't we weren't discussing s psychology, God forbid, because

for for him it doesn't exist as a film. he probably was asking me what do I wanna do? And I was like I wanna bring my ideas to life. That was my thing.

Laurel Kassor (40:22)

Yeah.

Nastialavista (40:31)

he was like but you should know something you should should learn something tangible you should learn you you should have a skill that was the message I love drawing I like like I'm attracted to creativity design feels obvious

Laurel Kassor (40:31)

Right, right.

Nastialavista (40:47)

Let's do it. And so I deviated from my psychological psychophysiological path

Laurel Kassor (40:55)

Clockwork. Okay. Yeah, that all totally checks out. So one of the big things I see right out of the gate is your Neptune Uranus conjunction. We already know it's making a quincunx to Chiron Moon.

But it is also square your Venus. So as you were speaking about social relationships that you weren't feeling prepared for social relationships.

adult social interaction like that. Hello. Your Neptune Uranus, like all millennials, is in Capricorn, the sign of maturity. Okay. There is a inherent square between Venus and those outer planets. And your Venus is in Aries. Abroad, the ninth house over there.

your IC is ruled by Venus. Your IC is in Libra. So anything that Venus girl up there is saying, the home, the family, the

Origin points, the sanctuary is taking its notes from Venus in Aries in the ninth house. So when you got to that point, that age marker, basically, right up into it, it was like, it's time to fucking go. It is time for us to pull the trigger, pull the rug, let's go. Come on, love you, bye. And she bounced the location of home changed when you got up and went

Where you wanted to go, which is also very Venusian.

But this might be one of the more prominent times where we're like, fuck. Damn. It's hard to kind of be doing what I want on my own.

Hmm.

And that's like like Venus, in the square to Neptune and Uranus. And you used directly out of your mouth came Neptune Uranus words. You said, I felt lost, right? You made pivots about like what cur what how you would be helpful in the world. The sixth house, where Neptune and Uranus are,

It's the house associated with pillar six. So it's the house associated with Virgo and with Chiron, who is obviously a massive motherfucker in your world

making a sextile to Venus, to Ceres, the Sun and Mercury. So even though there is confusion and spinning and kind of like, I'm having breakthroughs and I don't and I think I'm going this way, but maybe I'm going that way, and I don't know, but like the weirdness of it all, there was also insight.

coming in and new ideas probably also penetrating, which would be natural because you just fucking moved abroad. So you're going to be exposed to new ways of doing things, new ways of seeing things, forced to reckon

to like develop those skills and probably do quite a bit of excavation work in the process of being alone. it's interesting because it is definitely a challenging time, but it looks like it was a very productive time as well

like wow, we really gotta figure this out in a way that's going to be effective.

efficient, practical, back to the your father asking for you to do this practical skills, etc. The design, as you had mentioned too, Design can come in many forms, right? But I do think that

features of of construction and design. And when I say construction I don't mean like cement. I mean like putting pieces and building something over time.

Nastialavista (44:24)

Interesting that you mentioned construction because I studied design in the Politecnico di Milano which is a technical university like my class of design was based on the architecture and it was so like it was scientific, it wasn't artistic field, it was we were

constructors of communication

Laurel Kassor (44:46)

That's so wild. Be it just came through. And that's I think what happens when we see like a lot of

the Neptune in Capricorn, Uranus and Capricorn generation. We are here to reimagine and renovate old systems. That's what we do.

we will be the ones alchemizing it. because we also have Pluto and fucking Scorpio. So we alchemize what power means.

that is a major plot point in your story, specifically around your father. this energy connects directly to the Leo part of your chart, the Leo planets, and also directly to your Sun So dad being like, We need something tangible and practical, and your Sun identifies with tangible and practical, it's like, yeah, that is who I am.

Tangible, practical, that's right. And also your moon is like, and we process feelings and we practice moving through emotional cycles. And Neptune being in s in Capricorn is like, let's find an invisible system that can do all these things at once. And it's not even that invisible because the body's fucking physical, but the insides of it are not visible to us. And I think that that says something about

back it up all the way to the beginning when I was like maybe something around visibility. Huh, hmm, huh, hmm. Do you see how that connects in too? Where it's like you think you see it, but you don't see it. There's an in whole invisible nature, whole invisible part, whole invisible world to this very physical thing that you see. And I feel like part of what your chart and your work does is demonstrate that potential and really excavates that concept of that there's more going on than what you see before you.

I think that there's a lot there around that time period of what that's set up for you around what does it actually mean to accept what

being an adult is or how to be an adult in this world where you feel ill prepared in certain ways.

Nastialavista (46:37)

Yeah, it was my first experience and exactly the first three years of university. So yeah, my it was a combat training in itself on this but already in different languages, in different culture, not even English, it was Italian.

It was still very introspective. I was very secluded in my s own self back then.

Laurel Kassor (47:02)

Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm.

I'm gonna move us forward a little bit in time I would love to talk about your Saturn return and hear about that because that

is the next planet that shows up in your life. Your Saturn's in the seventh house of relationships, partnerships, contracts of

bonds, agreements, it could be legal stuff as well. It is Saturn. that can traditionally be like your boss, you know, people with authority, that could be government And it's an Aquarius. So this is about a breakthrough of some sort or a liberation. Would you mind telling us? Spill the beans.

Nastialavista (47:37)

Yeah, actually both. it was exactly at the beginning of the pandemic. So I was locked down by the Italian government in my four by four cell called my apartment, little studio I had in the center of Milan.

Laurel Kassor (47:43)

Mm.

my god.

Nastialavista (47:56)

And obviously it was a restrictive energy, Capricorn of course it was very strict. We were like four to fifty-sixty days closed without being able getting outside Only to go to the groceries once a week. But at the same time the this the the notion of liberation

it was put in my head the idea of maybe I want to change something in my life and I wanna abandon Italy. technically we skipping the whole Italian chapter of my life, which was beautiful and full of

events. It was so eventful.

Yeah, a the ending of seven year cycle and I was like this country is not exactly the fit for my mindset and I'm I starting s struggling and seeing things that I would love in my life outside of Italy. So I was like, mm I wanna move. And

mind you we are in the lockdown moving perfect timing great idea but by living there a lot of processes also related to the seventh house dynamic and to mention astro cartography uranus and neptune were in my seventh house

Laurel Kassor (49:13)

Wow, what

an active time period. I'm sure a lot happened while you were there. I'm sure so much happened.

Nastialavista (49:16)

Okay.

Yeah, I was wearing red mm Mars again.

Laurel Kassor (49:22)

I v

pictured you in red in my head my little cinematics going of your life story.

Nastialavista (49:28)

Yeah. At least the the the the last two three years of the chapter, Italian chapter, I was in lady in red. The whole brand brand was at that. I was constructing it brick by brick, it was perfect image, quite performative. it was a shield for me, protective one, but Marcian it w it was perfect for the time period.

Laurel Kassor (49:48)

Mars and Cancer. Me too, girly, me too. I have Mars and Cancer

too, that shield, yup, it's real.

Nastialavista (49:53)

Yeah

but

I was starting my business. I was opening a bar between design and now I also happened to to travel through the bar industry and cocktail industry and work creatively and psychologically with bar people.

I wasn't even a person who drinks much. But

it was super exciting for me. Not the alcohol part but the whole the whole thing around. The people, the performance of it, the connections, I don't know, I loved it.

it was pleasurable time and then I was like, okay, but I don't wanna be a social butterfly. Just. I want to l leave mark.

wanna do something and I had this little dream on the back of my mind of having a bar because one day when I was twenty-two I saw an Italian signore at his bar probably his family's bar that he had for centuries and it was he was just making cafe and serving it and I was like

totally dreamy without having any clue what does it mean to operate and have a bar in Italy especially bureaucracy and again government stuff and all the sixth and seventh house

And I was like, okay, this is a dream. so I am opening my bar. Nasta La Vista I am your photographer. I was filming events,

Laurel Kassor (51:16)

Pisces

Leo connection to the filming event. my god. much it's writing itself at this point. I mean, come on.

Nastialavista (51:21)

Yeah, I was like, okay, let me hide behind my camera.

Yeah, it totally makes

So it was like, okay, let me hide behind my camera because I'm shy. so this is my way to insert myself into the community, but not actually connecting with people and I'm protected by my camera. I'm filming you. I'm not I am not able to talk to you. Sorry, I'm filming you.

Laurel Kassor (51:46)

Like your mom.

Anyway, the timeline just collapsed right in front of me and I was like, my god, you deserve to know Then make that connection. You know?

Nastialavista (52:02)

to book a therapy session after that. I probably should comment

Laurel Kassor (52:06)

You might. It

these interviews are so fun And there's also a little bit of catharsis unleashed in each one of them So yeah, take that. Chew on it for the rest of your life. It's yours to keep.

Nastialavista (52:19)

Exactly. my god.

Laurel Kassor (52:21)

Okay, but you were caring

for your community with a your camera. Yeah.

Nastialavista (52:25)

Yeah, yeah, I was like you need

pictures. I I'm making beautiful pictures here for your ego.

But I was like okay, but I wanna be serious entrepreneur. I wanna be a business girl and I wanna hop on my butt. Mind you I was twenty-five. ish I didn't have a clue about anything.

But I started like okay, I I'm not like algebra girly, I don't wanna do math. So let me find partners. It was a bad idea. Because even though I had a big community of people, like huge network international,

I was like, okay, I'm going to Budapest.

But it was like the huge connection over over the world. People knew my name before I even entered the room or even e entered the country. But I haven't had the connections that are business proof.

So the connections that

Laurel Kassor (53:17)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (53:19)

I can say you are my ride or die and we are just doing business together, we can trust each other. So I said like mm I can do it myself because probably my Saturn in the seventh was like, You can do it by yourself, you should

Laurel Kassor (53:32)

Aquarius

too. it's such an interesting thing, the Aquarian energy,

It can be lonely, even though it's very oriented towards the whole and towards humanity. it is about being an architect of the future, Saturn in Aquarius, right? Architect of the future means you have to hold that vision first before so other so it can be built for others to occupy.

Nastialavista (53:56)

I also had around that time I had a call with an astrologer, a tropical astrologer, tropical for me is difficult.

Vedic is philosophy and I love I love philosophy.

the astrologer told me, like, you have Saturn in your seventh so the only way you will be able to build a business you need a partner, and I was like, I need a partner. Then

In Vedic I discovered I have I don't have anything in my sevens and I was like quite liberated. I was like I can do things by myself.

For a time period it worked because I was working like an influencer so collaborating

But I was like, okay, let's find these partners. they weren't obviously my friends, trusted people, they were like almost strangers. And I was like, you are the economist, like you you do numbers, okay, you do bar stuff. I'm the founder, a creative director, and lady in red, and we are good to go. And the chemistry wasn't there.

And the whole shebang around we are moving towards lockdown on our timeline. So the chaos started before that, like six months before that. was super chaotic, no work was done except my part, and I was reigning communications and promoting, so I made this bar that wasn't existing.

in reality I created the whole brand around it and I made it viral and we were traveling the world we were making parties I was hosting I the soul of the the center stage

But no actual work was done on the bar front and pretty soon it was obvious to me that I love to perform more than I love to operate the bar.

I focused on that

Laurel Kassor (55:45)

this reminds me of when you were saying going to university because you had all these ideas and you just wanted to make these ideas real.

You know, and so like this is a hearken back to that. This is also a hearken back to your dad being like, pick something practical instead of invisible. this is an effort to take these invisible things and tangibilize them in some way. And that's part of the process that your whole chart and life has been

Nastialavista (55:52)

Yeah.

Laurel Kassor (56:15)

Moving you towards it from different angles. Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (56:18)

Little did I know that that was the wrong like wrongish path. it was a path leading me towards my own path. It was a part of my journey but

Laurel Kassor (56:30)

It was Saturn's

path. Little did you know that was Saturn's path. Yeah.

Nastialavista (56:33)

Yeah. Yeah, and he

was leading me towards my actual karma, my actual purpose. But and and and s in Saturn's style, right before the Saturn's return, right before the pandemic, mm in his fashion he smashed me.

prior to that he prepared my nervous system to destabilize totally because before that I was like rising star and in the six months leading to the Saturn return it was shaking ground and I was losing it mentally and emotionally because what the amount of stress

my moon wasn't made for that it was too much but in Saturn's fashion it led me to the realization that I wanna help people

I wanna do something serious but leading to that I only did creativity and I I was like nice yeah now I realize that actually being there like performing inspiring being seen is also part of the work it's also mm helping people

Laurel Kassor (57:27)

Which is a very Leo thing. Leo is creative. Yeah.

Huge part. It's like a big,

big part of of the work, for sure, for sure. what I really want to point out here, is that your Saturn is opposite your moon Chiron. So it naturally pulled in, not

Nastialavista (57:50)

Yeah.

Laurel Kassor (57:55)

Just moon and Chiron, but literally everyone else in the whole wide chart. Because everyone is touching. Everyone is touching everyone else. Everyone's like, poke, poke, poke, poke, poke. So that Saturn moment really was like, how do we move forward in this cultivation of creative skill set? How do we nurture

again, a lot of the through line that I'm seeing is that there's been a lot of invisible skill building going on, but a ton of pressure to figure out how to make it work in the real world, you know, and become practical with it. And so it sounds to me like what you're describing is the Saturn return really had you take responsibility

the creative skill sets that you had cultivated on an internal circuit first and then almost find a way to structure those into something that was both

serious and meaningful and impactful, but also hold space for sensitivity and intuition and safety,

Nastialavista (58:57)

you asked me about my Saturn return, but I told about everything except Saturn return. Like I I love how it works.

Still processing that time frame because it was too much too soon for me. It was a shitload of exciting things and then total demolition of my life that I haven't even touched.

Laurel Kassor (59:21)

Your Saturn,

you say demolition, your Saturn is in a opening square to your Pluto. So when Saturn returned, it also naturally triggered a transit of Saturn square, your Pluto, in your fourth house in Scorpio. So I'm demolition is 100% a word that is sourcing from that aspect

Saturn was activating all the skill set stuff, but it was also deeply s challenging Pluto.

to do healing work at a very intimate domestic fourth house lineage type of level as well. when we say the word excavating, that is like such a good word for this energy. But it's tense and it has a lot to do with also fearing rejection, fearing abandonment, fearing neglect, fearing that you'll be ousted

Nastialavista (1:00:16)

so I I lost

my ability to pay rent back in the day so I I was forced but it was also my idea to leave Italy

Laurel Kassor (1:00:26)

Uh-huh.

Nastialavista (1:00:28)

So I left and like to there wasn't a destination. I just left in the nowhere without a point. I I knew I need to leave. I just gave away everything

Laurel Kassor (1:00:33)

Mm. Mm mm. Right, right, right.

There's that Ceres in

Pisces, items dissolved, the dissolving of ownership, the dissolving of possession.

Nastialavista (1:00:47)

Yeah.

And I I love

possession. I really love things. part of me like love collecting stuff. But it's fun enough also like it's a c ongoing process of just letting go.

regaining something, letting go regaining I w weren't recognizing that but also in my relationship and friendships it was the same narrative like I was leaving people because we agreed apart and it wasn't like a breakup. I was like just leaving

Laurel Kassor (1:01:16)

it's a dissolving. that's a very it's Piscean, you know, crisis is scorpionic. events that we would describe as like a crisis or like those like really traumatic breakups, that's a little bit more in the eighth house pillar, which you have stuff going on with that energy. We do. But you have

Nastialavista (1:01:17)

Yeah, yeah, exactly.

Laurel Kassor (1:01:40)

A good weight of Pisces stuff also coinciding with it. So it does bring in a fading, vanishing, dissolving quality

Nastialavista (1:01:52)

it was a total crisis.

for me it it was like the the the calmer waters I

I know the Saturn return is shorter but the whole process the f first part was was demolishing,

every area of my life was just let go of everything. it was like forced surrender. Like health wise, self-image wise, friends, home, finances, partnerships.

Laurel Kassor (1:02:11)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (1:02:18)

I weren't realizing it back then that that it was a like w the cost of living.

All this experience I guess led me like to the biggest transformation I had I almost sure I had my Kundalini awakening thanks for all that. Thank you

Laurel Kassor (1:02:34)

Hmm, congratulations. That's a big deal. That's

a really big deal.

Nastialavista (1:02:41)

Yeah, but I had it like in twenty twenty in November, like the the activation, but I only realized it like last week. I was like, maybe all the symptoms that I experienced because it's it's it it was a process, like it was a lot.

I called it spiritual awakening. I I thought it's just a spiritual awakening. It was a big deal for me, yes, but I I was convinced that Kundalini it's a one-time event of tingling in your spine and then you are Buddha. Obviously it is I'm exaggerating. And back then I didn't experience

the the the activation itself but I had a lot of pain in my sacrum. was struggling I had an autoimmune disease

And the sacrum was inflamed. So it's really easy. I haven't noticed, or that the thing that I've been experiencing wasn't pain but actual activation.

But since then my life and me myself weren't the same. I remember it's the exact day of of death. I I I felt like I'm dying, like this is it. And before that I had multiple similar sensations of transformation, the butter of fly, cocoon and goo, all these metaphors. I almost have the exact date of the

Death, and I remember being reborn. I I felt myself like a baby, like I had a lot of metaphors around that back then, but nobody was there to tell me what's happening. or they give me any tools possible. I was like absorbing in

information like crazy on the internet of course but also searching for people in my real life who can give me any any any little any puzzle piece but nobody was there to tell me Anastasia this looks like kundalini awakening Anastasia you are having your Saturn return Anastasia beware no I was just what is happening in my life

Laurel Kassor (1:04:41)

Mm.

Having to figure out processes like for yourself. Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (1:04:46)

Yeah, yeah it was

a big big thing in this youth.

Laurel Kassor (1:04:49)

Yeah, that's a big theme. I mean,

that showed up when you were in Italy. So after that Saturn return, which

It totally checks out this awakening quality, this death and rebirth quality. This again, Saturn Square Pluto. It's Saturn and Aquaria, Square Pluto. So there is awakening, is something that is a process associated with Aquarian energy and that like spark shock, aha, eureka planetary force of pillar eight, alchemy. So also Scorpio energy, and it's Pluto in Scorpio.

So after the Saturn return, after things started to consolidate again.

That brought you closer to some of the work you're doing now? Is that where you started to really pay attention to the somatics and the body work of it?

Nastialavista (1:05:40)

Back in 2020. I remember following people like reading a lot and they are literally the their tag is somatic practitioner or somatic

anything, somatic teacher, somatic dancer. And I only discover now that this word somatic was circling around me and I was unaware of it. And 2020 marked the beginning of studying, of learning. I was learning 24 slash seven like all the time. It was the main focus for me

By by night we we are we are watching TikToks and reading books and diving deep into programs and by day we are facing therapy and shadow work and trauma here we are crying on the floor and or vice versa, day and night they kind of mixed together. So that started the foundation and at the same time it was demolition slash clearing process

Then when I once I cleared the room and then I can start building something new. It was simultaneous process. It was like demolition, clearing, and at the same time, okay, we are buying new material, we are buying blocks, bricks, we are bringing water there, but we are not yet building. Okay. First we clear the area.

feels okay, the ground is solid and then I started

implementing slowly and because it was impossible but then it was too much psychologically for me I was living on couches of my friends and family or people who can host me and I was in the same time I was travelling so I was changing countries and towns and cities as glows and I was like, okay, you have a couch

Thank you. I started back then consulting. But I haven't had a word for that. I also I the only word back then and I'm talking about six years ago

Laurel Kassor (1:07:30)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (1:07:38)

was coaching and But people who I was working with there were from the like their understanding of coaching was the traditional

they have the strict rules to follow, they ask questions, they don't they are not mentors, they don't influence you, they just leading you with questions towards your goal. You come with to me with your goal and we reach it. So people were coming to me with like I wanna move abroad and get a talent visa and I was like how many cups of

Laurel Kassor (1:07:59)

Uh-huh.

Uh-huh.

Nastialavista (1:08:12)

coffee do you drink a day? And for me it was a natural thing to ask because I saw a person like super anxious and their body was like sending all kinds of signals and they were so in the mind so they thought my only goal right now is moving abroad and blah blah blah and I was like no coffee let's talk about that.

And I slowly started realizing I won't be leading never, never you will see me leading yourself towards the goal that it's not yours that intuitively I know it would be like betrayal from my part, your part, your soul, my soul.

But again it was still subconscious, unconscious for me. Consciously I arrived too late and I took charge of this pro when the field became so loud

Wherever I go, people always talk about their their health. Like I have this, I have my knee or my head or my and the always vent to me like I always hear I were we were hearing about somatic stuff. And I was like mmm mmm but who am I?

give you advice. I'm not a somatic practitioner yet.

Laurel Kassor (1:09:25)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (1:09:27)

I sit on knowledge, I sit on the wisdom, lived wisdom my own that I transmuted in my somatic journey. And also I have wisdom that I learned, that I know it backed by science, other people, practitioners.

It's true.

Laurel Kassor (1:09:43)

This is so relatable, by

the way. the knowing that you know something, but not knowing the how always, but then the sitting on the knowledge and the also telling yourself that you don't deserve to be the one to share it because some other person didn't say that you could

what I hear is that you've just been naturally doing these processes organically by you living your life and figuring out how this shit w worked for you, seeing other people miss those details and just paying attention to them and be like, Well, I see it. You're showing me this symptom. So, like, we need to talk to the body first, right?

And also this certification knowledge thing in there, it does speak a little bit to the Mercury being in retrograde in Pisces.

ba next to your sun and your Ceres where there is just kind of like in t intuiting, receiving, downloading, channeling body information, like alchemically based body information or transformative body information. Your Jupiter is in your third house. So it's like the idea of sitting on wisdom instead of exchanging it.

that's like your Jupiter square your Mars. it was like how do I move forward in the face of imposter syndrome.

Which is usually kind of a Saturnian thing and you're past your Saturn return at this point and like integrating. So it's just super interesting to see how all these processes are coming together as you are going through the process of giving yourself permission, of trusting yourself again. We're coming back to that slip from the beginning of I trust myself to not do harm here. remember from that first formative thing, it was like, I can't trust myself, I'm gonna get hurt.

I will die. I have to entrust myself to other people. Until one day you're like, no, I gotta go live on my own, dude. I can't entrust myself to other people forever.

Nastialavista (1:11:36)

It's funny how my life

keeps showing that you can trust yourself. Look how many examples of trusting yourself and just doing the thing without thinking about trusting. You just do the thing and you you survived, like you thrived in many contexts.

around this 2020 journey of my awakening the main theme of my thinking was how can I trust myself? I I be betrayed myself so much that like all of this led me to the point of demolition how can I trust myself? What is trust

Because like look at my life, I demolished it myself with my own hands. Like and this theme of trusting, it was keep coming up in all the rituals and practices spiritual that I participated in. the main question was like trust. Surrender.

Laurel Kassor (1:12:26)

Pisces shit, it's

very much a Pisces energy. It's a pillar twelve process trust. Trust the process.

Nastialavista (1:12:29)

Yeah.

you mentioned imposter syndrome.

But I was waiting for permission, like I wanted like a permission inside myself there wasn't. I don't have a permission. I need this permission. So then I realized that actually by having a certification

it's like a ritual of like belonging, like being seen again by your colleagues, your future colleagues, by your professor, your teacher or the entity that will give you this certificate is like the initiation ritual

Laurel Kassor (1:13:06)

also

remembering when you mentioned trying to enroll in school and you were like it was literally being gatekeeped and this is interesting that this is almost the same thing in a different format, except other people not gatekeeping it, you were gatekeeping it from yourself.

Nastialavista (1:13:22)

Exactly.

Laurel Kassor (1:13:22)

You know,

and so you were moving through these same processes and learning how to be like, no, I'm allowed to not only do this thing, but know this thing, study this thing, become an expert at this thing.

Nastialavista (1:13:33)

Yeah, once I start stopped stressing myself around giving advice, like was s sitting on this knowledge, like I I've been given permission. Like I was like, okay, I am initiated by other people. It was like not even the huge certification program to give me all the knowledge of my life and I was like, now I'm ready because some big entity gave me all the information. No.

It was the ending point of learning. It was like the cherry on top of a cake and pie. And it was like this is your certification, recognition for all the years you studied.

Laurel Kassor (1:14:11)

I didn't say it earlier But like you were talking about how you just demolished your life by your own hands for your words out of your mouth. and that takes us right back to the pond again. Like you you were in charge of your life and you put it into a pond. Right. so interesting how you've taken that and turned it into this

Nastialavista (1:14:12)

Yeah.

Exactly.

Laurel Kassor (1:14:29)

I am of the belief that as we continue to move through our the processes of our life, as we continue to really pay attention

as we continue to get the memos and like fucking lock in and be like, I know what to do now, next time this thing comes around, these patterns come around. As we continue to do that, we're constantly in this state of calibrating, of modulating, of refining. Like I really think low key that the entire earth experience is a Chiron process. Like I think the whole thing is just refining your process, refining and repeating.

Nastialavista (1:14:59)

Yeah.

Laurel Kassor (1:15:02)

refining and repeating, refining and repeating from the great Pisyrian well of possibility. But either way, it's fascinating to watch how you have reconstructed how you experience the pattern

Again and again, and then it sounds like that demolishing point, that Saturn return point really clicked something into gear to send you forward into this next version of this same pattern where it's like, well, I was demolishing everything. Now I can use what I learned from that process as well, because we learn a lot.

Nastialavista (1:15:26)

Well.

Laurel Kassor (1:15:41)

by failing, we really do, we really, really do, and start applying that in this new way to help myself, to help my body, to anchor in, to show myself, to trust myself that I got this, that I can do this, that I can create the necessary foundation to make good decisions.

to trust that I can bring my ideas to fruition in ways that work with me and work with my system. You know what I mean?

Nastialavista (1:16:12)

Exactly.

But the whole thing that in hindsight like every trouble that personally you ha like this is a Saturn I guess in Chiron that

you transmute the thing, like you leave it first, you don't have an understanding or words for it, but then you you just realize that every and I guess this is the foundation of your whole idea for this podcast is that your every experience shapes you and it's also written in your chart and it's obviously you were made for this and there isn't not not other choice. Every chapter was needed and w

It was exactly you who was who who was traveling through that. And and then in my case at least, and so many people can relate to that, Saturn Saturn it definitely forms your frontal lobe and you have a sudden realization that this is has been my whole life

Angelic voices but not so angelic when it comes to Saturn. Especially when it when Pluto is involved, like in my case. so yeah, so it was it's just realization, like someone turned the light on and said Tada! You were made for this. Big reveal.

Laurel Kassor (1:17:22)

Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

It is literally

it is literally that. I wish we had more time to get into the the depths of the health stuff and the body stuff, because clearly that is deeply tied in to Ceres, I associate Ceres strongly with the rhythms of the day.

that has a lot to do with our nervous system and how our bodies what our bodies release, the types of hormones and such our body release. And then of course chiron has to do with mending, tweaking, adjusting, fixing. And so it loves intricate systems. It loves to tinker with the ways little bits and bobs are coming together. So naturally there's a very strong health leaning, I would imagine also a strong food leaning and nutrient

Leaning with some of this energy as well, it's undeniable that you have been on this journey of learning how to hold both the visible parts of reality and the invisible parts of reality and intertwining them together in cohesive ways that feel not just safe, but also.

warm, welcoming to the body, to nourish and nurture the relationship between how you

perform in life, how you go out there and live and make your own decisions about how to live in life and how that is connected to these very deep yet subtle rhythms.

Of the body, and I think that that just makes you such an amazing somatic practitioner. That's what I want in a fucking somatic practitioner. Is it not like that? Is the goal there? on that note, I would love to hear Is there anything that you're working on that you would like to share with us that people can get in touch with you about?

Nastialavista (1:19:21)

I thought initially as just like a program, a course, a training, because I'm having so much fun teaching and just sharing information and pearls of wisdom that I collected along the way. And I was like, okay, let's do a crash course and I was like, ooh, something speedy, my Aries, my Venus and Aries love it. Okay.

Laurel Kassor (1:19:43)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (1:19:44)

then I started working on it. And it took me a month, to realise that actually I'm working on my life's work.

it's the fruit of your journey this whole thing that we discussed for so much time with you together the whole life led me to d to share this knowledge that I gained in thirty years

the main themes around self worth and like

Laurel Kassor (1:20:06)

Capability.

Nastialavista (1:20:09)

the confidence with which you can deliver that because I have proofs, I know I have proofs, I'm the living proof of my work and the the whole methodology is based on the evidence that it works and it's possible.

but It's like psychoanalysis. it's never ending.

it's useful but it's also useful to be able to float in it, not be like drown drown, ciao, drown in it. and I also want to mention that we started recording it, I was so bright and glowy because it was a bright day light and now I'm sitting in a deep deep dark almost black

Laurel Kassor (1:20:35)

Mm-hmm.

I know.

I was thinking the same

thing. I was thinking the exact same thing. I was like, wow, if this isn't a very visual, symbolic representation of this thing we've been talking about the whole time, which is the now you see me.

And now you don't. And you know what was funny when I was collapsing the timeline earlier and pulling out those like crazy like aha moments for you. you let your body fall off of camera completely. So that you vanished from the frame. So now you see me, and I saw you, and I said, Hey, I see you. And then you're now you don't. And you like subconsciously were physically removing your body from the frame,

Nastialavista (1:21:05)

You don't.

Laurel Kassor (1:21:29)

It was like for a comedic effect. It was like to demonstrate the exaggeration of just how hard that hit in your body. very cool the way the symbolism is symbolizing.

Nastialavista (1:21:36)

This is Leo-ing

Laurel Kassor (1:21:41)

so this course that you're working on, this life's work.

are you launching it anytime soon? Is there a wait list Can you tell us a little bit about that?

Nastialavista (1:21:50)

yeah there is as we speak there is a wait list for this launch that will happen it also i'm I'm experiencing the launchless launch it's probably invading it's my south south node on my Leo so it's that are you a real deal or are you just selling

Laurel Kassor (1:22:01)

Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (1:22:10)

whole

launch is just show receipts and then we talk. many times before that like years ago I was showing off first and then

we won't even arrive to the receipt so just let's enjoy the show. Now the whole process is totally different. It's t it's process of building the foundation.

This is a course that is built around fascia and fascia hydration. I'm pushing this propaganda of fascia and fascia hydration because it was something that changed

Laurel Kassor (1:22:43)

Can I just interject

real quick? I'm not sure propaganda is the right word. You're propaganda is a lie. Propaganda is tricking people into believing something. Is that the word you mean to use? Okay. Okay, okay.

Nastialavista (1:22:50)

Yeah.

Yeah, I'm I yeah I'm doing it purposefully because like usually propaganda is something no intentional. Yeah, it is intentional. Of course like this it's

just a campaign this let's say. it's cult leader pushing the fascia thing. Like fascia not being

Laurel Kassor (1:23:07)

Excellent.

Nastialavista (1:23:13)

an injection or something you can buy, that's why I use propaganda because it's like nobody is earning anything from you being hydrated and healthy and

your fascia thriving. Like you are you are the only one who will be doing the work but also you are the only one but not really who will be earning from it. You will be also affecting a lot of people in this process. That's like PRO.

Laurel Kassor (1:23:40)

cup overflowing. Literally, from the hydrated fascia that the cup overflows, yes, that was the card in my brain. That was right in my head. I saw it. I would saw, same wavelength right now. Zzz

Nastialavista (1:23:47)

Ace of Cups comes to mind.

since the beginning with us. so yeah, this course called Fascianated Fascia-Nated because your girl here love a good pun, a good dead jaw.

Laurel Kassor (1:23:59)

Beautiful. Yeah.

Love the

Me too.

Same. nothing hits like a good pun. Word play is the best play.

Nastialavista (1:24:11)

So so

I always created my projects and my businesses around a good naming so the fashionated came in hand and I was like cool cool let's do Fascianated the product that I'm creating it's a practical toolkit

Laurel Kassor (1:24:18)

Mm-hmm.

Nastialavista (1:24:27)

of basically my philosophy around the body. It's focused on fascia, fascia hydration just well-being, it's just living good and being healthy

it's technically the recipe for a life well-spent, a life enjoyed. And by by accident fascia is involved in that. And my philosophy around health and well-being in general is

It's simple. We complicate it a lot by talking a lot about symptoms, problems, every tiny detail medical culture is based around problem solving and not looking

on the whole picture. because it would be impossible to dissect the body and look at every single detail, it's too complex.

Laurel Kassor (1:25:13)

It would be

like trying to do the same thing with your birth chart right now.

Nastialavista (1:25:16)

the body is genius enough. it's

when you remove the blockages, you remove the resistance, you just facilitate this flow in your body, it repairs itself.

Laurel Kassor (1:25:26)

You fasciailitate.

You can have it. I'm not gonna use it. That one's for you.

Nastialavista (1:25:33)

fascialitated. so i actually like the the fascia wealth for your well being if you

k take care of this girl, she will take care of you So you don't need to overcomplicate and remember every bone and your anatomy or every symptom, every disease they put on you or every hormone It's not your job. Your body does it for you. So we create an environment in this Fascianated Boot Camp it's very practical.

and I want it to be quite speedy. It pushes you into the realization of something that you haven't realized in your life about your body,

this whole fashionated journey is just my own journey distilled in small lessons,

Laurel Kassor (1:26:20)

Made for this,

I really feel our businesses, our teachings, our offerings, the way our cups overflow, are pieces of our journey distilled. You're doing it.

Nastialavista (1:26:32)

is a perfect outro for our conversation, huh?

Laurel Kassor (1:26:33)

So cool.

Wow, my gosh. Thank you so much.

For being here. This has been a very, very cool journey you've taken us on. It is so obvious, as we've said like four times, that you are made for this and you're continuing to do this work and deepen this work. like you said, Fascianated is just the beginning of your life's work, where can the people find you on social media so they can follow you
